1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cycling Cult mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service.

3. The Service

Cycling Cult is a subscription-based cycling coaching app. The Service may include:

• personalized cycling plans and workout guidance
• progress tracking, analytics, and training insights
• optional integrations such as Apple Health, location, and notifications
• an optional AI coach experience, including image attachments if available in the app

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time.

4. Accounts and Security

You may need an account to use some or all features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are billed by Apple through in-app purchases.
• Available plans, pricing, billing periods, and any introductory offers are shown in the app before you purchase and may vary by region or over time.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through your Apple account settings before renewal.
• Restore Purchases and Manage Subscription links are available in the app.
